We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $20/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:

Support production operations by supplying manufacturing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stage and deliver materials to production lines.

  • Transport and stock materials using forklifts or hand trucks.

  • Track inventory and perform transactions in SAP.

  • Record lot numbers, quantities, transfers, reconciliations, and scrap transactions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environments.

  • Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance.

  • Basic computer skills and inventory system experience.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Preferred

  • SAP inventory system experience.

  • Previous Material Handler experience.

  • Forklift experience/certification.
