About the role

As our Field Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing our field marketing roadmap as we scale our investment and team. You will own the production of trade shows, executive events, and intimate gatherings, customer conferences, and other field marketing activities we are working to activate.

You will work closely with field marketing and growth marketing leadership to develop a roadmap and execution plan for all of our field events in North America. You will also collaborate with our demand generation, design, and product marketing teams to develop themes, creative activations, and content tracks while helping organize executive speakers.

What you’ll do

  • Own the execution of field marketing events in North America

  • Produce trade shows, small dinners, creative field events, customer conferences, customer advisory board events, and executive roundtable events.

  • Work closely with partners to co-brand and co-sponsor activities

  • Work closely with event coordinators and trade shows to ensure seamless execution

  • Project manage multiple events simultaneously

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience working in event production and event coordination

  • Strong work ethic and attitude

  • Highly detail-oriented and process-oriented

  • A creative thinker who can develop interesting concepts and activations and elevate the experience at our events

  • Strong project management background across many projects and partners simultaneously

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year, which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window. E-Verify Statement
