-
A proven knack for voice and tone—you know how to make copy sing and keep readers hooked.
-
Demonstrated experience coaching writers, with a talent for helping traditional reporters adapt their work into conversational, digital-native formats.
-
A deep understanding of the shifting media landscape and the importance of transitioning to a personality-led, relationship-first model.
-
A highly collaborative mindset, comfortable working across coverage desks to elevate the newsroom's work in the inbox.
-
A self-starter mentality and a relentless passion for advocating for the reader.
