Role description: Location: Onsite Limerick - Commencement date January 4th 2027

Job Specification – Responsibilities

  • The IOT team is looking a Co-Op student who is studying Computer engineering or AI technologies to work with the IOT team on the following:

  • Carry out performance review of existing Computer Vision AI engine that is running is Azure ML Ops

  • We want to understand the capacity of model and how to maximise the performance with existing resources available.

  • We want to explore the scaling options and how they can be automated to both scale up and down.

What You Will Learn Beyond the technical skills, this internship is designed to give you a realistic picture of professional software engineering in a large-scale SaaS organisation.

  • In addition to this we want the successful candidate to work with the team to build an AI agent to review data within our Vision AI product to predict patterns and also to create KPI data on performance and possible revenue the application can generate

Person Specification – Profile

  • Currently undertaking a a degree in computer engineering or AI.

  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal), especially with regards to providing information to clients.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good documentation skills
