Full job description
Description We are the CCO Product Strategy team — a newly formed and fast-growing group within Salesforce's Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization, and sit within the Office of the CEO. We sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, pricing and packaging, field readiness, executive narrative, and go-to-market execution. We work directly with senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to frame the company's most important strategic questions and drive them to decision. We are looking to add a Sr. Product Manager to the team!
The Experience: This role will be focused on Feedback Loops, our internal product that connects internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds, so feedback demonstrably closes the loop with field teams and customers. You will synthesize feedback using agentic tools, translate it into clear input for product teams and influence what gets prioritized. You will work directly with product and engineering teams and with field teams to make sure feedback drives real decisions. This is a technical product ownership role with some hands-on coding, not primarily a software engineering position, with an expected time split of approximately 75% reading and analyzing code and engaging with product managers, and 25% hands-on coding, primarily in Python and SQL.
What you will own:
- Own Feedback Loops, our internal product connecting internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds
- Synthesize feedback using agentic tools and translate it into clear, actionable input for product teams
- Influence product prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback and recommendations to product leaders
- Close the loop with field teams and customers, communicating how their feedback was addressed
- Read and analyze code and technical specifications to engage product and engineering teams credibly, and discuss epics, stories and sprints
- Spend approximately 25% of your time hands-on coding, primarily in Python and SQL, to build lightweight tools and scripts that automate feedback synthesis and reporting
You're Our Person If:
- Engineering background, with the ability to read, analyze and discuss code, epics, stories and sprints
- Python and SQL fluency
- Ability to split time between technical analysis and engagement with product managers and leaders, roughly 75/25
- Experience influencing product stakeholders without direct authority
- Clear written and verbal communication for translating technical detail into product decisions
Even Better If:
- Experience with agentic coding tools or AI-assisted development
- Background in customer feedback, voice of customer or similar programs
- Experience working across a cross-cloud or multi-product environment
