Director, Data Warehouse & Analytics

The Data Warehouse & Analytics Director provides strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise data warehousing, reporting, and analytics functions, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, reliable, and well-governed data that supports operational excellence, financial performance, risk management, workforce planning, and business decision-making. This role is accountable for leading the data warehouse and analytics team, establishing data governance and master data management standards, and overseeing the development and delivery of reporting and analytical solutions that enable actionable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute the organization's data warehouse strategy to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

  • Provide strategic leadership for data management, reporting, and analytics initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data warehouse architecture, ensuring data integrity, scalability, security, and performance.

  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.

  • Establish data governance standards, data quality controls, and reporting best practices to ensure consistent and reliable business metrics.

  • Manage the integration of data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses and reporting platforms.

  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes through automation, advanced analytics, and emerging data technologies.

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop meaningful KPIs, reporting solutions, and performance measurement strategies.

  • Monitor data warehouse utilization, reporting effectiveness, and user adoption to support informed business decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience leading technical teams in support of data warehouse solutions

  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise data warehouse solutions

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with ETL processes

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platform

  • Prior experience with MDM solutions and Data Quality tools

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Pay Range $196,400 - $265,700
