What you'll do...
Role summary:
As an Associate Creative Director on the Fashion team, you’ll partner with Creative Directors to shape and execute integrated Fashion campaigns that bring Walmart’s brand to life across every channel. You’ll lead and mentor art directors, copywriters, and designers to craft high-quality, 360-degree creative solutions that resonate with customers and drive results. This role requires a creative leader who is equally comfortable concepting big ideas, directing teams, and rolling up their sleeves to refine and polish the work. You’ll help ensure campaigns are strategically sound, visually compelling, and consistently on brand.

What you'll do:

Translate Fashion briefs into strategic, high-impact ideas that strengthen KPIs; drive perception changing work.

Drive ideation and concept development, craft compelling brand worlds, and create polished presentations.

Support Creative Director to oversee pre-production, direct on-set execution, and guide through final delivery.

Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance creative ideation, world-building, & presentations.

Ensure all creative executions are consistent & cohesive across the funnel and total enterprise.

Manage, elevate, and inspire a team of creatives.

Promote smarter, faster creative processes: keeping work on time, on strategy, and on budget.

Build trust cross-functional by delivering excellent creative that meets goals.

Confidently present work, articulating the strategy and creative rationale behind ideas.
What you'll bring:
-
Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role in an agency or in-house creative environment.

Portfolio that demonstrates integrated, 360-degree campaign experience.

Leadership and collaboration skills with a track record of mentoring creative talent.

Deep understanding of brand storytelling, customer insights, and creative strategy.

Proficiency in key creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack).

Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance creative ideation, world-building, and creative presentations.

Minimum 8 years of creative experience across art direction, copywriting, or design.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing or related field preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
