About The Role: The Global Business Services (GBS) Intercompany team supports intercompany activities across three regions: EMEA, APAC and the Americas. The team works with key ERP systems, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA, to support activities such as netting, cross charges and stakeholder query resolution. As an intern in the GBS Intercompany Team, you will support month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities, assist with intercompany transactions and reporting, and help facilitate process improvements and standardization in collaboration with other parts of the Boston Scientific organization. Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes to help ensure timely and accurate close activities and financial reporting.

  • Comply with KPIs and OPIs as defined by GBS.

  • Drive compliance in finance-related matters and support adherence to corporate and local policies, statutory requirements and GAAP principles.

  • Participate in implementing quality requirements across the financial process.

  • Identify and support process improvement and standardization initiatives.

  • Ensure activities comply with legal requirements, ethical standards and internal quality expectations.

  • Support intercompany activities for entities in scope, including cross-charge and netting preparation.

  • Assist with processing monthly journal entries related to intercompany activities.

  • Create and maintain desktop procedures and up-to-date process documentation. What We Are Looking For In You:

  • Enthusiastic student in the final year of bachelor studies or at master level, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Polish native speaker with excellent English oral and written communication skills, minimum B2 level.

  • Advanced Excel skills and good understanding of Microsoft Office.

  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good time management.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. What We Can Offer To You:
