Minimum qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields (including third-party logistics (3PL) supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment, automation, and MRP/WMS/TMS systems) driving transformations, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements.
-
10 years of experience managing and developing managers.
-
Experience managing end-to-end supply chain activities (planning, procurement, production, inventory, logistics, distribution) in environments such as manufacturing, 3PLs, omnichannel, regulated industries like pharma/biotech.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
-
Experience leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Demand and Operations Planning (D&OP) management.
-
Experience with or active as a Toyota Production System (TPS) practitioner, lean leader, 5S or Gemba advocate, as well as digital tools, AI, advanced analytics and shop floor automation.

Experience scaling operations and managing third-party logistics (3PL) labor across multiple sites.
-
Proven track record in removing waste from and improving the velocity of material, information and people flow, as well as Safety and Compliance.

In this role, you will lead a team of logistics professionals responsible for operational execution within warehouse and data center environments. Your role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including Server Operations (the primary internal customer), third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and internal teams managing forecasting, materials, systems, and transportation. Your role requires material flow and sequencing knowledge, attention to safety, quality, delivery, cost and people (SQCDP). You will be responsible for delivering regular weekly and monthly updates, conducting formal presentations, and facilitating reviews with executive leadership to report on progress toward strategic objectives and outline corrective actions when necessary.

Responsibilities

Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Service Level Objective (SLO) achievement, safety adherence, and project/program delivery.

Design and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals.

Identify opportunities for cost savings, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.

Evaluate the current organizational effectiveness of the Logistic team and identify areas for improvement.

Build and implement a talent development program to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
