Salary Range: $63,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

Comfort Windows is currently seeking a Branch Production Manager to be responsible for ensuring that each window installation is completed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, while meeting Comfort’s quality standards and the customer’s expectations. The Production Manager achieves this by overseeing all aspects of the installation process, including personnel, scheduling, product flow, safety procedures, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the residential window replacement and installation industry

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction managerial or supervisory role overseeing multiple crews and/or subcontractors

• Strong skills in project management, technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, leadership, decision-making, time management, and customer service

• Ability to analyze window installation processes for efficiency and quality improvement

• Experience managing day-to-day installation personnel matters including hiring, training, performance management, disciplinary action, motivation, and employee morale

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with corporate and branch leadership, including providing regular updates and operational recommendations

• Experience using CRM systems and construction-related software preferred
