Job Description
Day-to-Day: The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting AMKOR's workforce ramp by driving operational execution across hiring, workforce management, and stakeholder engagement activities. As part of a dedicated delivery team, this individual serves as a central point of coordination between Talent Acquisition, hiring leaders, candidates, client stakeholders, and internal project teams to ensure seamless program execution and workforce readiness. This role requires strong relationship management, executive-level communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving outcomes. The Project Coordinator delivers real-time operational visibility, maintains process discipline, and ensures follow-through across hiring initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate competing priorities, influence stakeholders, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment. Hiring & Onboarding Coordination

Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, scheduling, orientation sessions, system access, equipment requests, and first-day readiness.

Track onboarding milestones and ensure all hires progress through the onboarding process on schedule.

Partner closely with talent acquisition and hiring managers to provide visibility into hiring and onboarding progress. Talent Tracking & Reporting

Maintain workforce trackers, hiring reports, dashboards, and operational documentation.

Track requisitions, interview activity, hiring progress, headcount status, onboarding completion, and workforce ramp metrics.

Prepare recurring status updates and workforce reports for leadership and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Serve as a central point of coordination for recruiters, hiring managers, client stakeholders, and internal teams.

Drive follow-ups, maintain action items, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

Communicate risks, delays, and program updates while helping facilitate resolutions. Program Execution & Process Improvement

Monitor workforce activities to identify bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Support workforce ramp initiatives, operational projects, and additional program needs as business requirements evolve.
Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, talent delivery, workforce management, or talent acquisition.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring, onboarding, or workforce ramp initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across recruiters, hiring managers, Field team, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence and executive level presence.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, process adherence, and organization
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and workforce tracking systems.
- Experience tracking hiring activity, onboarding milestones, workforce metrics, and operational deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to identify bottlenecks, drive follow-ups, manage competing priorities, and maintain urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or enterprise environments.
