How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead daily patient transportation operations to ensure smooth, timely transitions across care teams and a seamless experience for patients.

  • Assign and delegate daily workflows based on team members' unique skills and strengths to maximize efficiency and maintain high quality standards.

  • Select, onboard, and mentor support staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to foster a highly skilled, engaged team.

  • Monitor and adjust operational workflows continuously to keep pace with patient volume and ensure all daily priorities are met without delay.

  • Streamline internal work processes by identifying and implementing innovative systems that save time and boost overall team performance.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.
