Senior Windows Citrix Admin - INTL Mexico

Job Description

We are hiring for a full time, Senior Windows & Citrix Administrator to support an international cargo transportation and logistics company. This senior-level role will manage Windows and identity services across AWS and Azure AD, oversee Citrix application delivery, drive automation, and help ensure secure and reliable service for hosted customers.

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, service accounts, and domain controllers hosted in AWS.
• Manage Azure AD, including identity governance, SSO, conditional access, enterprise applications, and authentication security.
• Operate and improve Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including VDAs, machine catalogs, delivery groups, policies, profiles, applications, and user sessions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, patching, configuration, and maintenance using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot escalated performance and access issues, remediate vulnerabilities, and improve platform reliability.
• Support customer migrations, incidents, maintenance windows, and technical access changes.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance or incident response.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments.

• High degree of ownership, accountability, trust, transparency and ability to self-identify when more direction/clarification is needed.

• Advanced experience with Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.

• Strong Azure AD knowledge, including IAM, SSO, identity governance, and conditional access.

• Experience supporting AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM concepts, security groups, hybrid connectivity, and Systems Manager.

• Proficiency with PowerShell and experience using Terraform and Ansible.

• Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking, security hardening, patching, and enterprise identity services.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to support customer-facing production environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing complex GPO structures, Remote Desktop Services, and multi-site Windows environments.

• Experience with Citrix WEM, monitoring, reporting, alerting, and automated VDA deployment.

• Background supporting SaaS platforms or hosted enterprise applications. Microsoft Azure, Citrix CCA-V/CCP-V, AWS SysOps/Solutions Architect, or ITIL
