OneStream Lead

Full-Time | Exempt | Onsite

Reports to: Corporate Controller

Our Robert Half client, a profitable, publicly traded company, is seeking a OneStream Lead to strengthen its financial systems and reporting capabilities. As the functional owner of OneStream, you will combine systems expertise with accounting knowledge to support accurate consolidations, efficient close processes, and meaningful reporting. Partner with Finance and IT to improve platform performance, support users, and translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily OneStream administration, including metadata, integrations, security, workflows, and platform governance.

• Develop reports, dashboards, cube views, business rules, and calculations that improve financial analysis and management reporting.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, ownership structures, and consolidation adjustments.

• Align account mappings, entity hierarchies, validations, and close workflows with corporate accounting and reporting requirements.

• Strengthen controls through data-load checks, certification workflows, exception reporting, and documented review procedures.

• Monitor close submissions, resolve system and data issues, and help finance teams meet reporting deadlines.

• Serve as the primary resource for user support and training; troubleshoot problems and identify root causes.

• Partner with Finance, IT, and implementation resources to prioritize enhancements, standardize reporting, and expand platform capabilities.

• Maintain documentation and build expertise through ongoing OneStream training.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance,

• 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation experience.

• One or more years of experience as an OneStream super user expertise covering administration, reporting, workflows, integrations, security, and validations.

• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, corporate accounting, financial consolidations, and planning processes.

• Ability to translate accounting needs into effective system configurations and reporting solutions.

• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Financial systems leadership, multinational public-company experience, and process improvement success preferred.

This position requires daily onsite attendance at the corporate office.
