QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

  • The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards.

  • This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations.

  • Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.

  • Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.

  • Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.

  • Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.

  • Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate/Bachelor Degree (Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related)

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • SAP knowledge

  • Vision System basic knowledge

  • PLC basic knowledge

  • Proficient Knowledge on the interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics

  • Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems.
