Full job description
Our client, a local manufacturer, is seeking a Cycle Count Associate to join their team. As a Cycle Count Associate, you will be part of the Inventory Control/Distribution Center operations supporting day-to-day inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable computer skills, and the drive to investigate discrepancies until the numbers make sense—aligning successfully in the organization.

Location: Bedford Heights, OH
Pay Range: $20
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?

Own cycle count accuracy by performing daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory as scheduled.

Verify skid counts and complete cycle counts to reconcile variances using the company computer system.

Assist the Inventory Coordinator with reconciling count differences, making adjustments when warranted, and maintaining clear, accurate records.

Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and review findings with the Inventory Coordinator.

Support inventory organization by making bin location corrections, operating RF scanners as needed, and assisting with bin organization/reorganization and inventory movement/consolidation projects.
What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Cycle count or inventory control experience (this role is focused on cycle counting as the primary responsibility).

Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organization and process/detail orientation, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Inventory control experience; forklift experience is a plus.
