Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking Senior Business Analysts to support a Salesforce transformation initiative by serving as the primary owners of business requirements and solution documentation. These individuals will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technical resources, and implementation vendors to facilitate discovery sessions, document future-state processes, and create clear, implementation-ready requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile environments and has experience translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of Business Analysis experience Extensive business requirements authoring experience (BRDs, functional requirements, user stories) Salesforce implementation or Salesforce platform experience Healthcare provider network management experience Experience facilitating discovery and requirements gathering sessions SAFe Agile experience Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills Experience with provider onboarding and credentialing workflows Salesforce certifications Experience creating traceability matrices and acceptance criteria Healthcare payer experience Experience working alongside implementation partners or consulting firms
