Job Description
Our client is seeking two motivated ISP Technicians to join their team on a long-term data center and telecommunications project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the data/telecom industry and receive hands-on training from experienced professionals.
The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced construction and telecommunications environment. Prior telecom experience is not required, as training will be provided for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in the trade.
This project is expected to last 3-5 years and offers significant growth potential. Successful team members may have the opportunity to transition into a direct-hire role with our client. Long-term career options could include working locally in the telecommunications industry, pursuing opportunities with the Data Center once construction is complete, or traveling with our client to support future large-scale projects.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and professionalism Previous experience in construction, low-voltage, telecommunications, electrical, cable installation, or related trades
Experience working on job sites or in outdoor environments
Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools
OSHA 10 or other construction safety certifications
Interest in pursuing a long-term career in telecommunications, networking, or data center operations
