Remote AWS Delivery Lead

Job Description

The Program Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise technology programs, ensuring initiatives remain on track, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to establish priorities, define delivery strategies, and drive successful outcomes. On a daily basis, they will manage program roadmaps, project plans, budgets, resources, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives. They will provide executive-level status reporting, facilitate governance meetings, proactively identify risks, and drive resolution of issues that could impact program success. A key focus of this role will be overseeing enterprise AWS cloud initiatives and AI-driven projects, ensuring seamless coordination between business and technical teams. The Delivery Lead will foster collaboration across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams while promoting accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence. They will also continuously improve delivery processes, governance frameworks, and operational best practices to support long-term organizational success.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs with responsibility for delivery, budget, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience leading AWS cloud migration, modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI and/or Generative AI programs, including business and technology implementations at scale.
• Strong program and portfolio management experience, including governance, risk management, dependency management, financial oversight, and executive communications.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams consisting of product managers, architects, engineers, business analysts, QA teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
