Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

This role calls for a diligent and detail-oriented cleanroom technician who oversees the accurate and efficient shipment of products. You ensure all orders are processed correctly, documented properly, and dispatched on time while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced, clean environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all products are prepared, packaged, and dispatched on time.

  • Verify shipping information and documentation, including bills of lading, to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Handle shipping and receiving activities, including checking incoming materials and confirming quantities against documentation.

  • Maintain inventory records for parts and products, updating systems promptly to reflect stock movements.

  • Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions with a high level of accuracy.

  • Organize and label parts and materials clearly to support efficient warehouse and cleanroom operations.

  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and internal procedures to maintain product quality and compliance.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the appropriate team members.

  • Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with cleanroom and warehouse standards.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth logistics and timely order fulfillment.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory systems.

  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple shipments, documents, and inventory tasks simultaneously.

  • Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail.

  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation, including bills of lading.

  • Knowledge of inventory control practices and parts handling.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines or willingness to learn and follow them.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse or cleanroom setting is beneficial.

  • Surrounding as a parts clerk or in similar logistics or inventory roles is an advantage.

  • Comfort working with shipping software or inventory management systems.

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
