Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a team focused on enhancing and extending Databricks platform capabilities. This role will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of internal applications that simplify complex Databricks workflows and improve usability for business users, particularly within network-focused organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience building production-grade applications using Python-based frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Dash, and OpenAPI standards, along with strong PostgreSQL experience and familiarity with modern cloud environments, preferably Azure. This position requires close collaboration with data engineers, analysts, product teams, and end users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop reusable templates and frameworks for custom application creation, and support emerging Databricks technologies including Databricks Apps and Lakebase. Successful candidates will be strong communicators, team-oriented problem solvers, and advocates of software engineering best practices including testing, deployment, and production support.

Skills and Requirements
-Full Stack Application Development experience with strong proficiency in Python and modern API/application frameworks within Databricks such as Gradio, Streamlit, FastAPI, Uvicorn, Flask, Dash, and Express
-PostgreSQL database expertise, including database design, query optimization, schema development, data integration, and working with complex data-driven applications
-Experience developing production-grade software with a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including application testing, CI/CD, version control, release management, and supporting solutions across development, test, and production environments.
-Azure Cloud and Databricks Experience, including familiarity with Databricks applications, data platforms, APIs, and building custom functionality that enhances user experience on top of existing Databricks capabilities. -UX and/or UI design/development experience
