Full job description

Under limited supervision of the Row Crop supervisor (Program Coordinator I),

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Row Crop operation, to include, but not limited to, planting, harvesting, land preparation, equipment maintenance, planning, and reporting as needed to various federal and state agencies.
  • Must have a valid CDL License or obtain within one (1) year of employment.
  • Must have a valid Pesticide license or obtain within one (1) year of employment.
  • Assists as needed with any row crop or dairy needs.
  • Resume preferred but not required.
  • Work schedule/hours vary based on seasonal demands.

Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and relevant program experience. SCDC Minimum Requirements:

  • A high school diploma and one (1) year relevant program experience.

  • A bachelor's or associate's may be substituted for required relevant program experience.

  • Must have a valid CDL license or obtain within one (1) year of employment.

  • Must have a valid pesticide license or obtain within one (1) year of employment
