PAY RATE: $137,363.20 - $154,523.20 BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Musculoskeletal Services providers operational, strategic, and financial leadership for the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service Line, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, and related programs. The Director partners with providers, operational leaders, and other organizational stakeholders to drive growth, improve access, enhance patient experience, and optimize clinical and financial performance for the service line. Utilizes data and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

This position is responsible for advancing service line performance while supporting organizational objectives and community needs. Is an advocate of Blessing Health System within the community. Requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinic/medical setting.

  • Strong leadership and management abilities

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to foster teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration

PREFERRED:

  • Two – three (2-3) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement methodologies

  • RN license

  • Epic electronic health record experience strongly prioritized

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse license if applicable
