Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst to support critical HR technology initiatives during a large-scale merger and integration effort within a banking environment. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders, focusing on the analysis, configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise HR systems.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle HCM, ADP Payroll, and/or ADP EV6, along with strong technical analysis skills, system implementation experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
This role will play a key part in major HR technology initiatives including open enrollment integration, payroll consolidation, HCM platform alignment, data mapping, process automation, and system optimization efforts resulting from the merger.
This role sits within IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical SME for HRIS platforms, with an emphasis on Oracle HCM, ADP Payroll, or ADP EV6.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Compensation, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
- Perform current-state and future-state process analysis, identifying opportunities for standardization and automation..
- Support system configurations, integrations, data validation, and testing activities.
- Analyze system dependencies and downstream impacts across payroll, benefits, identity management, and employee data platforms.
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Support data migration, data mapping, and validation efforts associated with merger-related initiatives.
- Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Drive issue resolution and communicate risks, dependencies, and project status to leadership and stakeholders.
Key Projects & Initiatives
Unified Open Enrollment Program Support the implementation of a combined open enrollment process scheduled for November 2026, ensuring seamless employee access and benefits administration across both organizations.
Responsibilities Include:

Assess current enrollment workflows and identify merger-related impacts.

Document business and technical requirements for enrollment integration.

Evaluate system dependencies, including: o Oracle HCM o ADP Payroll/ADP EV6 o Active Directory o Exchange/Email Systems o Employee ID Management o Identity & Access Management (IAM) o SSO and user provisioning processes

Support testing and validation efforts to ensure accurate eligibility, enrollment, and payroll deductions.

Coordinate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Benefits teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful deployment.
Payroll & HCM Consolidation
- Lead analysis efforts supporting the migration and consolidation of payroll operations into a unified ADP environment.
- Assist with HRIS platform evaluations and future-state HCM strategy initiatives.
- Analyze and document integrations between payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee data systems.
- Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in vendor evaluations and HR technology roadmap planning activities.
$55/hr to $60/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Skills and Requirements

4-8+ years of HRIS, HR Technology or Systems Analyst expertise

Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM, ADP Payroll, or ADP EV6 (one or more required). o Supporting and troubleshooting system issues o Consolidating 2 HR systems into 1

Experience supporting payroll, HCM, benefits, and employee lifecycle systems.

Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and HR technology architecture.

Experience conducting testing, data validation, reconciliation, and defect management.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
