Job Description

The Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs supporting asset management, supply chain operations, and inventory system initiatives across a large-scale data center environment in Arizona. This individual will partner closely with data center operations, logistics, warehouse teams, supply chain stakeholders, and engineering organizations to improve inventory accuracy, optimize asset lifecycle tracking, and drive operational efficiencies. The TPM will oversee the development and implementation of inventory management processes and systems, coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, identify operational risks, and ensure programs are delivered on time while meeting business objectives. This role requires strong program management experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable solutions within a fast-paced data center environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience
  • Experience supporting data center operations, infrastructure programs, supply chain, logistics, or asset management initiatives
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience implementing, improving, or managing inventory management systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory controls, and material flow operations
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive-level communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting hyperscale data center environments
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, CMMS, or inventory management platforms
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or warehouse operations
  • Experience working with hardware assets including servers, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure components
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification
  • Experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives related to inventory and asset tracking
