Job Description

One of Insight Global's Automotive clients is seeking a Product Manager with Salesforce expertise for a contract engagement. This individual will lead strategy, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce Initiatives. The right candidate will be able to confidently lead stakeholder engagement, establish priorities, build and execute against a roadmap, and lead teams toward outcomes that create meaningful, successful business results across Salesforce CRM, service cloud, and case management.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of true Product Management experience, specifically within Salesforce environments with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM, and case management solutions Proven ability to lead cross functional teams from planning through execution and drive successful product outcomes in salesforce Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
