About the Role: ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide live-in care for clients in Cinnaminson, NJ. Responsibilities:

Provide live-in personal care and daily assistance to clients in a residential setting

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
-
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
-
Support mobility, transfers, and light exercise or physical therapy routines
-
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
-
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or family members
-
Assist with medication reminders and scheduled appointments
Requirements:
-
Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
-
Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver preferred

Ability to live on-site and provide continuous care in a client's home
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
-
Ability to assist with transfers and mobility — must be comfortable with physical caregiving tasks

Reliable, trustworthy, and professional with a strong work ethic

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
