Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in or around St. Johns County, FL area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:

Layout and install metal stud framing for walls, partitions, and ceilings
-
Measure and cut drywall around doors, windows, outlets, and other openings
-
Install corner bead and make necessary drywall adjustments
-
Use levels, lasers, tape measures, and layout tools to ensure walls are straight, level, and plumb
-
Follow blueprints, drawings, and jobsite instructions
-
Perform general framing and drywall-related tasks as needed
Requirements
-
Previous metal framing and drywall installation experience
-
Ability to perform layout and take accurate measurements
-
Must have your own tools for the trade
-
Must have required PPE, including work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
