5+ Years Product Management Experience

Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and capture feature requests and enhancements using Agile methodologies (creation of user stories, features and epics, maintenance of backlog); prioritization of those requirements; and facilitating any conflict of requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role OR relevant internship experience with a strong engineering background.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and understanding of product development processes.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems logically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Growth mindset, coachable attitude, and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working through different stages of the product lifecycle (discovery, execution, launch, and post-launch).
  • Stronger analytical skills and ability to handle complex trade-offs.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Leadership potential and ownership mindset.
  • Prior experience working in AI-driven or data-centric product companies.
  • 4+ Years in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Product.
