  • Maintain and manage the master data file used for quarterly tariff submissions, and offset adjustments, integrating Power BI outputs, broker files, and internal cost data.
  • Populate and maintain ‑specific claim templates to calculate recoverable tariffs based on Commercial Invoice piece price, tariff percentages, and validated evidence packages.
  • Coordinate with Dana Global Trade Compliance to obtain required import documentation (including 7501s and CIs), streamline data accessibility, and drive process improvements.
  • Support BOM data accuracy efforts by identifying discrepancies, eliminating data gaps, and working with cross‑functional teams to reduce inaccuracies.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of templates and reporting tools used for tariff claims.
  • Assist in defining and implementing future‑state processes that reduce manual work, increase data visibility, and support scalable tariff‑mitigation strategies.
  • Support cross‑functional communication by providing clear updates on process status, exception drivers, Tier‑2 impacts, and quarterly submission readiness.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, present, and execute resiliency strategies aligned with customer expectations.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, customs compliance, or commercial operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, data modeling), and data processing workflows.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Familiarity with customs documentation including 7501 Entry Summary, Commercial Invoices, duty calculations, and tariff classifications (HTS codes)
  • Understanding of import/export compliance, tariff regulations, duty recovery programs, and evidence based claim requirements.
  • Skilled in coordinating with external brokers, suppliers, and OEM counterparts to resolve documentation issues and drive process improvements.
  • Strong presentation skills for summarizing findings, recovery outcomes, and quarterly submission readiness.
  • Professional communication style suitable for customer‑facing commercial teams
