POSITIONSCOPE:

The HR Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of BelPak's HR technology platforms, serving as the primary resource for systems configuration and human capital analytics and business intelligence. This role works within multiple HR systems across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, payroll, total rewards, talent management, and offboarding, to ensure master data integrity, system effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with internal and external platforms.

Working closer with HR, business leaders and agency partners, the HR Analyst will help develop and maintain core human capital analytics and dashboards for routine business reporting to key executive stakeholders in support of both operational and strategic decision-making. This role helps streamline and automate workforce data across systems and supports total workforce planning initiatives for both FTE and contingent populations. Adopting a continuous improvement mindset, the HR Analyst identifies opportunities to automate and improve business processes – delivering actionable insights and solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, scalability and the overall employee experience.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: HRIS Administration & System Support

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity, Dayforce, and related HR systems.

  • Manage employee master data, organizational structures, security roles, workflows, and approval processes.

  • Maintain system integrity and perform regular audits of employee and payroll data.

  • Coordinate HRIS upgrades, testing, implementations, and system enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot system issues to improve functionality and coordinate vendor support where required

  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and training materials.

  • Develop and deliver HRIS training and support to managers and employees.

Workforce Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain human capital analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Create reports and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, HRIS reporting tools, and dashboard platforms.

  • Support annual budgeting and workforce planning initiatives through labor analytics and forecasting.

  • Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to leadership.

Innovation, Process Improvement & Automation

  • Stay current in HR technology trends and seek new technologies and tools to innovate and automate HR processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and technology.

  • Standardize reporting processes and reduce manual data entry.

  • Implement workflows and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead HRIS-related projects and system enhancements.

Compliance & Data Governance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, reporting requirements, and data governance standards across the United States and Canada.

  • Support payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment, and HR audits.

  • Maintain confidential employee information and data security standards.

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data across all HR systems.

  • Develop controls and auditing procedures to improve data governance.

Payroll & Benefits Systems Support

  • Support payroll processing through Paylocity and Dayforce.

  • Reconcile payroll reports and system-generated outputs.

  • Support benefits administration and reporting activities.

  • Assist with open enrollment reporting and employee benefit audits.

  • Provide reporting and analytical support for benefits utilization and plan administration.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

Experience

  • 3-5 years administering global HRIS platforms, preferably with Paylocity and/or Dayforce

  • Specific experience working in the payroll, benefits, time and attendance, workforce planning, and employee master data governance functions.

  • Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site global company experience highly preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Prior experience working with BI-platforms highly desired.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, workforce data, compliance requirements, and reporting.

  • Deep knowledge of HR system integrations, process configuration, and automation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
