Job Description

  • Manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budget tracking reports, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and status reporting sessions.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track project progress within Jira and provide insights on timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and align project execution with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Engineering, Design, and external vendors.
  • Analyze project financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare executive presentations and reporting materials summarizing project health, budget status, and key milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with organizational goals and governance standards.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience managing complex enterprise initiatives.

  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects or portfolios.

  • Advanced Jira experience, including project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including: o Pivot tables o Financial reporting o Budget tracking and forecasting o Dashboard creation and analysis

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and risk management skills.

  • PMP certification or similar project management certification.

  • Experience managing capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets.

  • Experience supporting engineering, design, construction, or facilities-related programs.

  • Knowledge of resource planning and vendor management.

  • Experience with portfolio management or PMO functions.

  • Familiarity with project financial controls and governance processes.
