You Are:

A highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner recognized as a subject matter expert in technical domains. You bring a track record of delivering large-scale BY WMS programs and the credibility to advise clients, lead complex engagements, and contribute to practice growth.

The Work:

A Technical role at the practitioner level, responsible for advisory and delivery across complex BY WMS programs. You help lead from the technical side, you serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, a mentor to the delivery team, and a contributor to practice development.

  • Lead solution design and delivery across complex, multi-site or multi-workstream BY WMS programs

  • Lead workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders at all levels

  • Define solution or integration architectures and ensure alignment with client requirements and constraints

  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment phases

  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants within your functional or technical discipline

  • Contribute to practice development through accelerators, reusable delivery assets, and methodology improvements

  • Support business development activities including pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input

  • Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices within engagements

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS experience including ability to independently design and deliver against design specifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Blue Yonder development practices including MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience with adjacent BY solutions such as WLM and/or other tier 1 WMS solutions (e.g. Manhattan)

  • You have WMS<->Automation Integration Experience

  • You have PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • You have experience supporting pre-sales proposals, RFP responses, or practice thought leadership

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
