Job Description

Lead cross-functional teams of members to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment. Track project performance using KPIs and provided regular status reports to leadership. Improved workflow efficiency by implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies. Resolve project issues and bottlenecks to maintain progress and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) along with five (05) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
