About this Position We are seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our hiring efforts and connect us with top talent. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate directly with hiring managers to identify team needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a smooth, engaging hiring experience that aligns with our growth goals.
Job Description As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
- Define selection criteria based on role requirements and team goals
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms (e.g., social media and professional networks)
- Plan and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and get involved in cross-functional projects when the opportunity arises
Job Requirements In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or anything related
- 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter.
- High efficiency and precision, with a proven ability to deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and approachable communication style.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.
- Proactive mindset with genuine interest in improving processes and openness to getting involved in projects beyond day-to-day recruitment tasks
