Summary

This position is located at DFMWR - The Gregg-Adams Club at Fort Lee, VA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

• Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
• Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
• Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment.
• Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.
• Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant,bowling center, golf course) to be managed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Previous Food & Beverage work experience in a Supervisory/Managerial role for at least 2 year years.
