Job Description A rapidly growing technology company in the mobile advertising and digital monetization space is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to lead and expand relationships with its most valuable enterprise customers in Boston, MA .
This is a highly strategic, revenue-focused role for a commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and business growth. Rather than simply managing accounts, you will serve as the executive owner of key enterprise relationships, helping customers align their long-term business objectives with innovative technology solutions that drive measurable results.
Working closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and revenue teams, you will develop growth strategies, influence product direction, and build long-term partnerships that create mutual success. This position offers significant visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to directly impact company growth. Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of experience in AdTech, SaaS, Big Tech, or strategic enterprise account management

Proven success managing and growing complex enterprise-level customer relationships

Strong understanding of commercial strategy, revenue growth, and partnership development
-
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for clients

Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
-
Strong business acumen with experience owning revenue targets and growth objectives
-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams
-
Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience within the mobile advertising, mobile app, or broader digital advertising ecosystem

Familiarity with key monetization and performance metrics such as CPI, eCPM, and ARPDAU
-
Background supporting technical integrations, API discussions, or product roadmap planning
-
Experience leading or mentoring high-performing teams
-
Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling methodologies

Experience conducting executive business reviews, strategic workshops, and long-term planning sessions
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic growth plans for a portfolio of enterprise partners
-
Identify new revenue opportunities and drive expansion initiatives across key accounts
-
Lead high-level commercial negotiations and long-term partnership discussions

Build relationships with executives and key decision-makers within customer organizations

Partner with product and engineering teams to shape joint technical roadmaps and integration strategies
-
Drive feature testing, implementation planning, and strategic product initiatives
-
Serve as the voice of the customer by translating market feedback into product recommendations
-
Resolve technical, operational, and commercial challenges that impact customer success
-
Lead and mentor a small team while influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions

Forecast growth opportunities and establish measurable business objectives for strategic accounts
