Managing technical, scope, construction, commissioning, and commercial changes through disciplined impact assessment and approval; translating schedule, cost, capacity, risk, compliance, and change data into mitigation plans and decision-ready recommendations
-
Clarifying ownership, handoffs, decision rights, inputs, and approval timelines across organizations
-
Driving risks and issues through verified closure; coordinating commercial alignment to confirm obligations, notices, approvals, dependencies, change entitlement, remedies, milestones, and acceptance requirements on both the Microsoft and lease-provider sides
-
Maintaining accurate governance, reporting, decision records, compliance evidence, escalation narratives, and executive-ready status updates.
