Your role at Dynatrace
Are you a strategic marketer who can turn executive relationships into business momentum? We are looking for an Executive Marketing Lead to define and scale a global approach to engaging senior leaders through relevant, high-value experiences.
You will own the end-to-end executive marketing strategy, building signature programs and repeatable experiences that drive impact. Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Communications, and regional teams, you will bring focus and consistency to how Dynatrace engages and builds trusted relationships with executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities
-
Define the global strategy: Set the vision, audience framework, priorities, roadmap, and investment approach for executive marketing, aligned to company growth objectives and regional needs.
-
Build and scale signature programs: Design differentiated executive experiences, including peer roundtables, strategic briefings, and curated moments around major company and industry events, then scale them into repeatable program models.
-
Create the operating model: Develop playbooks, audience criteria, content standards, operating rhythms, and activation toolkits that enable consistent execution globally while allowing for local relevance.
-
Own the executive audience journey: Shape a connected experience across invitation, preparation, engagement, follow-up, and relationship development so every interaction delivers value to participants and internal stakeholders.
-
Lead content and experience design: Partner with executives, subject matter experts, Communications, Product Marketing, and creative teams to create executive-ready narratives, discussion formats, agendas, and assets.
-
Orchestrate cross-functional execution: Align global and regional Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partner, Communications, and executive stakeholders on goals, roles, audiences, leader participation, and follow-through.
-
Measure and optimize business impact: Define the KPI hierarchy, reporting cadence, benchmarks, and dashboards for executive engagement. Use insights to improve audience quality, participation, relationship progression, opportunity influence, retention support, and investment decisions.
-
Manage partners and investment: Guide agency and vendor relationships, program budgets, resource allocation, and performance expectations to maximize quality, scale, and return.
-
Continuously evolve the portfolio: Monitor market trends and executive expectations, test new formats and channels, and refine programs based on feedback, performance, and business priorities.
