Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Enablement Coordinator to support cross-functional business initiatives through materials development, project coordination, documentation, and operational support.
This role will transform stakeholder inputs into polished presentations, trackers, project plans, dashboards, meeting notes, and other working materials. The ideal candidate enjoys organizing complex information, creating clear and professional deliverables, and helping teams maintain visibility across priorities, deadlines, and action items.
Key Responsibilities
Materials Development
Create and update presentations, executive summaries, meeting materials, dashboards, templates, briefs, and status reports. Turn rough inputs into polished, well-structured, and audience-appropriate materials. Collect, organize, and synthesize information from team members and cross-functional stakeholders. Apply consistent formatting, quality standards, version control, and naming conventions across deliverables.
Project Coordination
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, action-item logs, risk registers, issue logs, and decision records. Track project status, dependencies, open questions, owners, and due dates. Identify and escalate missing inputs, conflicting information, upcoming deadlines, and potential risks. Coordinate meetings, working sessions, materials, pre-reads, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up activities.
Documentation & Team Support
Prepare meeting agendas and capture concise notes, decisions, action items, and next steps. Maintain organized and current files, templates, documentation, and shared resources. Track assigned follow-ups through completion. Help ensure important information is accurate, accessible, and easy to locate.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Refresh recurring dashboards, portfolio views, status reports, and leadership materials. Document repeatable workflows, templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures. Support improvements to team processes, reporting practices, and documentation standards. Provide flexible coordination and materials support as business priorities evolve.
Skills and Requirements
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, program support, communications, presentation development, or a related field. Relevant internships or equivalent experience may be considered. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop polished and visually clear presentations. Strong Excel skills, including tables, formulas, filters, trackers, and clean data presentation. Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management or collaboration tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create concise notes, summaries, action items, and status updates. Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, files, and document versions. Sound judgment and the ability to identify gaps, ask focused questions, and improve the usability of materials. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, technology, or operations teams. Familiarity with dashboards, portfolio reporting, and project documentation. Interest in digital products, technology, media, distribution, or partner operations. Experience documenting workflows, processes, or standard operating procedures.
