Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change management efforts for the rollout of a new Workday Travel product across the organization. This is a highly visible initiative that will impact employees, leaders, and business functions across the enterprise. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, product teams, and program leadership to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and long-term success of the new platform. The ideal candidate brings deep organizational change management expertise, executive presence, and experience supporting large-scale technology or product launches within complex organizations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the enterprise rollout of a Workday Travel solution.
  • Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments across multiple business functions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change, communication, engagement, and adoption plans.
  • Partner with executive leadership to craft high-impact communications, presentations, talking points, and change narratives.
  • Drive enterprise-wide awareness campaigns and internal marketing initiatives to support successful product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, HR, Communications, Operations, Finance, and other business teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
  • Develop training and enablement strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Identify organizational resistance, adoption risks, and change barriers while implementing mitigation plans.
  • Establish and track success metrics, adoption KPIs, and organizational readiness indicators.
  • Support deployment activities, go-live readiness, hypercare planning, and post-launch adoption efforts.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital transformations, or product launches.
  • Experience leading OCM efforts for Workday programs, implementations, enhancements, or product rollouts.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale, highly visible enterprise initiatives impacting multiple business functions.
  • Strong executive communications experience, including direct interaction with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience developing enterprise communication campaigns, internal marketing strategies, and adoption programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, and change strategy development.
  • Experience supporting product launches, technology deployments, or major organizational transformations.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
