Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our top healthcare client's Messaging team to help build, automate, and support secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP. This role will focus on the GCP services and platform capabilities that allow applications and systems to exchange data reliably, including Pub/Sub and the supporting networking, security, automation, and observability tools.

Skills and Requirements

5-7 years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on GCP experience Strong experience building production GCP infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines Working knowledge of GCP messaging and platform services, particularly Pub/Sub Experience with GCP networking, IAM, security controls, and observability Proficiency in Python or Go, with Bash scripting experience Google Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices
