The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on data center environment, is comfortable with travel, and can maintain a high level of quality, organization, and attention to detail while supporting critical infrastructure deployments. Travel assignments are coordinated through the Team Project Coordinator and may vary based on project needs and technician availability. Candidates are expected to be onsite, prepared, and ready to begin work by 8:00 AM each Monday.

Ability to follow detailed build standards, inventory control workflows, deployment procedures, and QA/QC documentation. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced deployment environment. Ability to work effectively in assigned crews, take direction from Team Leads or Data Center Management, and communicate issues clearly. Osha 10 Certification or ability to receive Osha 10 Certification within 3 weeks of assignment beginning PPE: Composite or Steel Toe boots (don't need to be ankle high) Flexibility to be onsite and ready to begin deployment activities by 8:00 a.m. each Monday during assigned travel rotations.
