This role is responsible for leading large business and technology projects that support our client's digital transformation and strategic initiatives. The PM works cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple large and medium-sized projects simultaneously.

  • Develop project plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and change management strategies.

  • Control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

  • Present project updates to sponsors, leadership, and steering committees.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources.

  • Identify risks, manage project changes, and develop contingency plans.

  • Mentor team members and promote project management best practices.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years managing large business and technology projects.

  • Experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

-Experience working across business functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.

  • Familiarity with technologies including ERP, web applications, middleware, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

  • Strong experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Clarity.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - MBA.

  • 7+ years of project management experience.

  • Manufacturing industry leadership experience.

  • Digital transformation experience.

  • Scrum Master experience.

  • PMP certification.
