Job Description
This role is responsible for leading large business and technology projects that support our client's digital transformation and strategic initiatives. The PM works cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple large and medium-sized projects simultaneously.

Develop project plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and change management strategies.

Control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Present project updates to sponsors, leadership, and steering committees.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources.

Identify risks, manage project changes, and develop contingency plans.

Mentor team members and promote project management best practices.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years managing large business and technology projects.
-
Experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
-Experience working across business functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.

Familiarity with technologies including ERP, web applications, middleware, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

Strong experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Clarity.

Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - MBA.

7+ years of project management experience.

Manufacturing industry leadership experience.

Digital transformation experience.
-
Scrum Master experience.
-
PMP certification.
