Job Description:

  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes programmatic and operational data, investigates underlying trends, irregularities, and possible causes for change in data.
  • Documents underlying trends, irregularities, and possible cases for change in data
  • Evaluates data for quality and completeness.
  • Performs validation and testing of the plan to ensure adequacy.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations or determinations based on analysis.
  • Process and reconcile all payments from hemp license programs.
  • Work alongside all licensing team members to improve the licensing process.
  • Provide internal and external assistance to all customers.

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, performs a wide range of office administration duties for assigned functions or program areas.

  • Duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information.
  • May research, investigate, and/or resolve program data or issues.
  • Draft documentation, reports, or presentations.
  • Represents a program or unit, provides information and assistance to internal and external customers

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:

  • Ability to ensure applications comply with current Rules and Regulations
  • Verify critical documents for accuracy and authenticity
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues
  • The ability to work independently to complete tasks and solve problems with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university OR Two years of related experience. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Two years’ work experience providing direct customer service. Two years’ work experience in the area of regulatory or licensing-related programs.
