Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm/Monday-Friday
What you will be doing:
-
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, and dock equipment (levelers, doors, etc.).

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Troubleshoot and repair screen printing and embroidery machinery.
-
Conduct general building maintenance such as HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, doors, and office fixtures.

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize disruption and support smooth operations.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and service calls as needed.

Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and office fixtures.

Maintain organized tools, parts inventory, and a clean maintenance workspace.
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
-
Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred.
-
Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-
Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reporting.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, warehouse, or industrial environment.
-
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-
Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
-
Ability to read technical manuals and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues.
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment.
-
Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures.
-
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
-
Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment.
-
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
