THE QUICK DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $21 -$23
Hours: Start time between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM to Done; Scheduled working hours are based on seasonality of Bayer Built Woodworks, Inc.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Production Team Member, you’ll be assisting and supporting the efforts to build and finish products to customer specifications while inspecting the product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Pulling the appropriate parts and hardware for the completion of product
Assisting in the building and/or finishing of products based on customer specifications
Assisting with clean up and basic maintenance of work area
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Experience Required
Basic understanding of manufacturing environment
Woodworking or hand tools experience (preferred)
Manufacturing experience ((preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work well with others
Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking
Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks
Able to lift 75-100 pounds
