Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) in Cleburne, TX. This individual will perform weld inspections, review welding procedures and specifications, verify compliance with ASME B31.3 requirements, and support quality assurance efforts throughout the fabrication process. They will partner with production and engineering teams to identify non-conformances, maintain inspection records, and ensure all welding activities meet established quality standards. This is a fully onsite position. The compensation range for this role is $30-$60/hr.

Skills and Requirements
Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
Experience with ASME B31.3 codes and weld specifications
Experience performing welding inspections in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of welding quality standards and inspection processes
Ability to work onsite in Cleburne, TX Aerospace manufacturing experience
Defense manufacturing experience
Experience supporting fabrication operations
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
