To strengthen our Excellence Hub team in Pilsen, we are looking for a
Shipping Expert
Your Responsibilities

Validate and process customer orders in line with organizational requirements
-
Coordinate shipments with external freight forwarders and support daily transport operations
-
Prepare and maintain shipping and export documentation
-
Monitor deliveries, transport status and truck scheduling
-
Handle exceptions related to orders, deliveries, and transportation

Process warehouse picking/removal orders and handle related exceptions

Ensure compliance with export control and foreign trade requirements

Handle non-product orders, including ADR checks and goods issue posting

Support ad-hoc reporting and KPI tracking
What We Expect
-
Secondary or university education in logistics, business, or a related field
-
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or transport coordination in an international company
-
Knowledge of logistics processes in procurement and sales
-
Basic knowledge of international contract law (transport law, warehousing, trade, foreign trade, liability, insurance, and dangerous goods transportation)
-
Good knowledge of German (written and spoken); basic knowledge of English
-
Experience with SAP is an advantage

Willingness to travel to Germany

Proactive and reliable team player with a structured, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills
