Overview Department: Dietary Services- Dietitian
Shifts Available: Days - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: 8-hour shifts - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Saint John Hospital - Leavenworth, KS
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for assessing patients' nutritional status, developing individualized nutrition care plans, providing medical nutrition therapy, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. This role supports disease management, patient education, and regulatory compliance while promoting evidence-based nutrition practices across the continuum of care. Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans.

Provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, and patient education.

Monitor nutrition interventions and adjust plans based on patient outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
